Last year I sowed some Larkspur seeds but nothing came up but I left the compost in the polyhouse and kept watering it now i have this plant growing but I'm not sure if it is a Larkspur can anyone please tell me if it is, thanks and a close up of it

I know it cant be that as I dont have any seed for them and never have but that was my first thought when I saw the leaves.

I think it is a larkspur Carol. Thought I had taken a photo of mine when they were small, just can't find it x Tig

I am inclined to think it is a Larkspur as well Carolann...mind you I can also see why Chuckles thinks it is a Cosmos...

Thanks to all thought it was some kind of weed I was tending I will keep you posted and take a pic of it later in the year and put it on my garden thread.
