Did anyone see Hugh Fearnley Whittngstall's series "River Cottage Veg every Day" last year? He spent three months eating only vegetables and dairy produce - no meat or fish. Mrs Bill bought me the book for Christmas and there are some delicious recipes in it. The butternut squash and fennel lasagne and Sweet potato and peanut gratin are particularly nice.

It wouldn't take much for me to be a veggie - Barry is very good - we have at least 3 veggie meals a week now

I just can't take to that guy because he looks like someone I knew who was a complete <expletive> lol I might look into that book though... providing I can cover the guy's face up and pretend he's someone else...
