Date and Walnut with Buttercream filling and for smaller cakes double choc chip muffins, rock buns and raspberry buns I have a very sweet tooth ;D scones are always nice I was taught never to role the mixture but gently flaten it with the heel of the hand that way the raise a lot higher, but you have to have cool hands to do it right.

I would use the one you have made Pam did you get the strawberries from the garden? if not you could tell a little white lie home made will go down better you no local grown and no carbon footprint or chemicals ;D

I was just going to say that Jasmine - cake is cake and all is nice ;D I always think Carrot Cake is a safe bet; I tend to always have either a flapjack or almond cake at the NGS do's - you is spoiling them Isabella and home made jam too
