That is amazing FB. I was just looking at the foxgloves that have seeded themselves in the cracks in the patio. Where do these plants get their goodness from?

It looks like a Hollyhock to me Jen, isnt it wonderful how they always do better in the wrong place maybe we should all just ignore our gardens to see just what self seeds and where ;D

Yes its a Hollyhock,ive had them grow in the cracks in the wall before,but not had one flower,they just die in the dry,hot weather,must be all the rain
