Hi Jasmine.
Spot on with the horse but what's the physical feature that ties up with the rhyme? Think of a fruit.

I can't think of the rhyme Blod!

It's meant to be the only word to rhyme with orange!

I am having a bit of a block with this one! The Oxford rhyming dictionary says only lozenge and door-hinge rhyme with orange and they are only half rhymes (think that means they are not very good ones! ;D)

So, Blod, has the rhyme got anything to do with the horse, Foxhunter, ridden by Col. Harry Llewellyn (Roddy's dad) or are the rhyme and the horse unconnected I always thought there was no word that rhymed with orange Or has this got something to do with John PEEL?

The rhyme is with the name of the place (physical feature) and I'd always heard it was meant to be the only thing that rhymes with orange. Mr Wizi confirms this but he's probably as unreliable as me. The horse bit is because this place is equally famous for being where Foxhunter is buried. It is a mountain. I didn't set out to be this difficult - honest. I thought you'd all get it in one which is why I was so minimalist to start with.

Blorenge? I'm pretty sure I'm right but I think Jasmine should go next

That sounds like it might be it Plocket - it would rhyme with orange (and better than door-hinge! ;D ) But if Blorenge is right then I think it is your go because I wouldn't have got that!

Noooo coz I'm rubbish at this, and I only got it because Blodau handed it to us on a plate, and I happened to see it first ;D
Perhaps Blod should choose!!!

It is Blorenge.
If P is ok with the idea, I'll give Jasmine the baton because she got the horse and the area (Blaenavon) first and I'm feeling a bit guilty about providing rubbish clues.

This place started as a road side stand in the 1920's selling boysenberry pies and plants and berries. In the 30's the stall owner's wife started serving chicken dinners on their weding china (to make ends meet). Today you can still have a chicken dinner at this place and it is supposed to be the oldest of its kind in the US.

...I don't think you get the chicken dinner on the wedding china these days though....

Ok Jas, I think we know it's a Diner in America, but there's squillions of them!! Think we need more clues

No, it's not a diner! The diner has had something else grow up round it and that thing is the oldest one of its kind in the States (supposedly).
Extra clue - cartoon dog

Knotts Berry Farm theme park - I'm not sure what that's got to do with dogs though

You're right Plocket - Knotts Berry Farm. It is supposed to be the oldest theme park in the US and is home to Camp Snoopy (and has a chicken dinner diner!)
