I was shocked! I voted for both of them to stay in, but obviously not enough other folk did. It's the same every year though, the 'novelty acts' stay in longer than some of better dancers, but I suppose the bottom line is that those dancers wouldn't win anyway. It's still a shame when they are better than some of those left in - and Deborah had improved much more than some, and her enthusiasm and enjoyment of dancing was encouraging for other people who may want to give it a go.

I too voted for Patrick but I can't remember who else I voted for except my favourites Sophie and Brendan and Mark. I think it was a real shame the dragon got let go, she and her partner were so disappointed. I'd say Craig got wheeled over to his throne, by the end of the night I'm sure he was knackered. I wish the hairy biker was out, it's bad enough if someone can't dance but I don't like all these comedy routines where the celeb does'nt even seem to try.

I haven't taken to Patrick, I don't think he shows much personality I like Dave ( a guilty pleasure) I'd like to see Fiona and Patrick go before Dave ..... and I'd add Ben too ( block of wood in my opinion) except that I like Ola

I'm looking forward to some spooky goings on tonight. I think the Halloween episode is one of the best, I love to see their costumes and the makup is usually great.

I think there will be a few we might have a right old laugh at Jilly. Mark is wearing a spaceman outfit and dancing the Paso Doble, they will look very different to Ben Cohen and Kristina who are dancing it too.

Loving Marks dance...not sure the judges agree

Mark tries really hard. He isn't really the right shape for this sort of dancing, it's fine to be a bit tubby in your local dance hall/disco/rave venue/nightclub (whatever they are called these days), he just can't get into hold because of his size. Dave should go, he's useless. Susanna, Abbey and Ashley were the most entertaining for me, Natalies dance seemed to go on for longer than the others for some reason (maybe just me), and it was a bit boring, as for Ben - his dancing isn't up to much but .... Fiona and Anton were OK, not brill, as were Brendon and Sophie. Patrick did quite well, anyone I've left out must have been less impressive

I wasn't really surprised at the high scores Natalie got - she's a really good dancer. I agree about the hairy one - he should go. I know Mark is entertaining, but it's a dance competition, and he's not really in the same league as some of the others, even though he's popular and fun to watch.

I like Mark and think he tries very hard and it shows, he's able to do a lot of good dance steps and be entertaining as well. But as for the high wire act, at least it made more sense than Victorias bicycle ride last year but really. Natalie is a very good dancer but a lot of the dance last night looked like free style rather than a Waltz. Sophie and Brendan just did'nt jell last night and her outfit was awful. They seemed not to be in cinch for a fair bit of the dance. I agree that Ben is but really, do we have to see his chest every time he takes to the dance floor. I'd have preferred to have seen him with a bolero or waistcoat of some kind. He is rather stompy and not a great dancer but I'd be happy to have him stay for another few weeks. Dispite him being very popular I've not taken to Dave at all although my friend votes for him every week and thinks he's great. I don't think he ever looks as if he's tried to learn any dancing and always looks like he's surprised the judges don't give him a bigger mark. As always there was a lot of overmarking and everyone has their favourites. It's all good Saturday night entertainment.

I really like Dave and Mark, they both try hard and are entertaining. I don't care for Ben, Patrick or Fiona - boring and lacking in personality. Quite like everyone else, although Sophie had a shocker last night and her outfit was absolutely ghastly In terms of dancing Natalie, Abbey and Sophie are the best I think with Ashley coming up on the rails Natalie hasn't had much of a "journey" and Artem needs to push her a bit more imo. I notice Kara Tointon was there...keeping her eye on things

I agree with Auricula and carolann Sophie's dress was dreadful. I spotted Kara Tointon as well and that was my thought too Auricula. Tess and the wardrobe lady must have made up because her dress was'nt bad looking last night I thought.

I thought Tess's dress was better than the usual stuff she wears..... I cant warm to Natalie...think she had too much of an advantage from the start..... I quite like Susannah but I have to say that Abby is my favourite....I expected her to be so full of herself when it first started but she isnt and she is quite a good dancer.

What was Brucie on last night calling Darcey Dave - he obviously lost his place on his cue card and went back to the bit about Dave Archer and his super, amazing, fantastic orchestra - it was embarrassing.
Am very surprised at the spoiler (thank you Auricula) - we will see for ourselves tonight!!!!

I think Abbey seems to be a really nice girl and I have warmed to her a lot. She's modelling the festive clothes for Matalan this year and does it very well. They promised us BF would take some breaks...... how about for the rest of the series??

I do too Auricula, I think he's quite rude really and you could see Tess trying to hurry him along at times. He was ment to be off 1 in every 4 weeks according to the BBC.

Just watching the results show and I think that Natalie has a rather smug look on her face when the couples are being told who is safe or not....and poor Ola looks so sad..I read that the new dancer Karen was really nasty to her..I think that Ola is a good dancer no matter what Karen says..

Did you doubt my spoiler Jasmine? ?? I think it was just an argument Missredhead which got blown up by the rather volatile James on Twitter ( he'd popped outside for a fag apparently ) and the tabloids. Apparently it's all been sorted No Bruce next week...

Not at all Auricula...it's the first ever one I've been up for!!! I was just gobsmacked! I don't think your source has ever been wrong has it? Before I watched Strictly did John Sergeant 'resign' because he was the joke act and good dancers kept being voted off or am I making that up'

Natalie always has a smug look when the results are being done I think Missredhead. I can't warm to her at all but do think she's a good dancer. I wonder if she'll win the trophy. I agree with you Jasmine about CRH and that those 2 should'nt have been in the dance off. They both looked upset did'nt they, I thought Pasha looked upset too. I'm sure he thought they'd be with us for another few weeks anyhow. Still, this is how it often goes, people have their favourites don't they. I wonder if the 5 free online votes for everyone registered is having much of an impact. Missredhead I read something about Ola too and did you see the twitter James sent referring to some people who have let fame go to their head or something like that. I'm sure like most workplaces there's a certain amount of bitching.

Before I watched Strictly did John Sergeant 'resign' because he was the joke act and good dancers kept being voted off or am I making that up' Yes he did Jasmine. Here's what The Guardian had to say. He said today in a statement: "I am sorry to say I have decided to leave Strictly Come Dancing. It was always my intention to have fun on the show and I was hoping to stay in as long as possible. The trouble is that there is now a real danger that I might win the competition. Even for me that would be a joke too far. I would like to thank Kristina and all those viewers who have been rooting for me through the series."

Poor Abbey looked so stunned she was absolutely speechless and Rachel was so gracious. I just think if I was the comedy act I'd be embarrassed about being kept in after a while but perhaps it's all too good for upping your profile
