What's for T tonight

Good thinking to revive this thread Tig, it always gave me ideas.

Don't know what we're having tonight yet, as OH has yet to go shopping & he cooks Saturdays. I'm going to make Hot Gazpachio soup though, for lunches through the week. (When he comes back with the veg)

We are having deep dish pizzas tonight. I like Saturdays to be easy ... OH will be having Chrissie Cake for afters

We're having..lemon sole fillets, parmentier potatoes, steamed veg, Sicilian lemon cheesecake and rose wine..........£10 meal for 2 at M and S

And there was me thinking that you were going to spend the day slaving in the kitchen Auricula . We're having roast pork.

Aha Jilly but I am making a curry ( from scratch) tonight ( bought the poppadums though cos I don't have a deep fat fryer.)

Jeez, I was briefly impressed there til I got to the end of your post   Auricula    I am impressed with the price though!

We had roast turkey and all the trimmings.  OH has just done us a hot cross bun to finish off with!  Can't move now!

We had scampi and chips plus peas and tomatoes.

We are having lean ham, scambled eggs and cabbage sprinkled with grated cheese tonight

Got some extra lean mince so we're having Spaghetti Bolognese

Ooh, I'm impressed Jilly we had lunch out and I'll use any excuse to get out of cooking

I made burgers from lean mince..I had 2 with onions and cheese...too full for pud

OH who is now trying to not loose any more weight is having chicken & chips tonight, so I'm just going to have a low calorie ready meal, curry I think.

We're using up fish from the freezer, so it'll probably be fish pie

We've got Liver & Bacon, with mash, carrots & brocolli. The Liver is from the chilled cabinet I'm afraid, no matter how many times we try, we just can't get it right. Plus too much faff on a week night.

Fish cakes - I'll be glad when we've used up the stuff from the freezer
