Good thinking to revive this thread Tig, it always gave me ideas. Don't know what we're having tonight yet, as OH has yet to go shopping & he cooks Saturdays. I'm going to make Hot Gazpachio soup though, for lunches through the week. (When he comes back with the veg)

We had roast turkey and all the trimmings. OH has just done us a hot cross bun to finish off with! Can't move now!

We've got Liver & Bacon, with mash, carrots & brocolli. The Liver is from the chilled cabinet I'm afraid, no matter how many times we try, we just can't get it right. Plus too much faff on a week night.
