Looks delicious isabella, especially all homegrown veggies. I've never thought of putting egg mayo on jacket pots, you've given me an idea as I love both. OH is planning chilli for tonight, which is great because that also does my lunches for a couple of days in the week too.

I wish Barry was more adventurous with his dinners - he doesn't like anything spicy so no curry or chilli for him. I love chilli so sometimes make one for myself. we are making the most of the late summer veggies so are having some roasted with pasta tonight - aubergine, courgettes, red onion yellow pepper and red cherry tomatoes

I dont like anything spicy either Isabella, it upsets my tummy as do peppers and celery..

I'm seriously allergic to any capsicums.. peppers, chilli, paprika etc. Other than those spices I enjoy spicy foods, especially curries. Tonight we are having salmon en croute..from Sainsbos

I bought some frozen twin pack Canadian lobster tails a few weeks back. We'll be having three packs between the two of us (as there's not much to them) with a sauce and salad. Fortunately, I remembered to take them out of the freezer this morning. We had the same last year, from Iceland, but they didn't have any this year. I found some in Tesco's this year, bought half a doxen packs whilst they had them as they quickly sold out. We can have the rest in the summer.
