I have to weigh everything Jas, even though my Mum just ''knew'' how much to chuck into the bowl, it never worked for me.
I'm making pumpkin soup this afternoon.

This evening, the third of three quiches that I made from a lb of sausage meat. Cool running.
Sliced and diced onion and covered with grated cheese and sliced green pepper. Golden delicious. The taste, not the apple type!!!

Oh, pity, Auricula. I pick easy recipies and just simply mix the ingredients. I know my limits, I can assure you! I had a bit of a disaster last night, due to lack of attention. I give you Jammy Donuts. Left in the oven too long!!! When they should look like THIS, below And I also attempted a Basic Chocolate Cake. Which is more or less the Victoria Sponge with Cocoa powder in it! Voila.. I did one thing incorrectly. The top half of the cake is upside down. I started putting the cream on it before I realised it!!! Tastes lovely. With home made blackberry jam in it too...drool...

Ooh, they look really good cygnet. I like baking ( just not meal cooking) but as OH and I are getting old and sedentary I don't bake as we would eat it all and turn into tubs of lard

I was really stupid last night. I didn't realise that the Vegetable Spring Rolls ( my main course) contained red peppers - even though I read the packaging and it was in quite large print Consequently ( I am allergic to capsicums and what is derived from them), as I only smelled them when I dished up, I ended up with just a bowl of rice
