beautiful Amber, my poor Angelface is not doing so well this year, purely my own fault as it's growing in a pot. I must get it in the ground in the winter even if it means taking a whole border apart & sacrificing some other stuff to do it.

Thanks for the nom Jilly,. It will be worth getting her in the ground..some of the branches are bending right over with the weight of the blooms. Have had to give extra potash to help things along...

It's lovely Amber, is'nt it. Very prolific flowering and a very healthy Rose. It's been a great year here for them too and mine needs help to stay upright as well with the weight of the flowers.

Angelface is a very beautiful rose. I wish I had somewhere I could grow more roses, but I don't think they would perform on my chalk soil in the plot garden, and garden at home does not have the space for them. I will have to be content with admiring the pictures of everyone else's on here. This is not the greatest photo (please excuse my glittery shoes) but this is helenium moerheim beauty.

I've always liked the sound of trumpet lily African Queen & they had a special offer at J.Parker last year, I'm very pleased with them, even in the rain.

Big I think Rosefriend, there are 3 bulbs in biggish pot, but this is only it's first year & they are over 5' tall, I suppose it would be as it's a Regal Lilly.

Thanks for the noms girls, Rosefriend, it's certainly a glorious colour, but the sheen I think has quite a lot to do with the camera flare on my phone Quite an old variety I think, it comes up quite a lot if you google it.
