You're right Rosefriend, they are very pretty and you also don't realise the detail for such a small flower too. I think someone on here may have given me the ID for it. I think it may have been andy and/or Tig.

It's beautiful Barbara. I did the Chelsea Chop on my white one and it's in bloom now too while most of the others are over, although I did dead head my blue one as soon as the flowers were over and it's blooming well again.

Quite a few years ago Jilly sent me a baby hibiscus and this year it has actually flowered. The photo doesn't really do it justice - it is the most amazing white - like a washing powder advert white. Love it - it is now going in a sunny border!

That's brilliant Jasmine, especially as it's parent was pink, well done for getting it to flower. I've got another one languishing neglected in a pot somewhere, you've encouraged me to give it some tlc to see if I get a white one too.

I had nearly given up on it to be honest Ladygardener, but I don't think I was giving it a sunny enough spot. Fingers crossed Jilly, everything about the flower is white even the beautiful stamen arrangement which you can't see properly in my photo - that is just a slightly creamier shade of white.
