Jilly I'm glad you got your pc sorted out, this is a great shot, are those 2 birds up in that tree? Ladies those pics have really made me smile, how wonderful everything looks in the snow. Jasmine, I got beaten to it to nominate that great pic. Bonnie looks like she does'nt quite know what's happening with all that cold white stuff around her. That's a great photo Jilly with the sun shining - it was real steel grey light early in the morning when I took my photos. That really looks great Jilly

Absolutely hand on heart no Photoshopping... my world is a cold monochrome at the mo: OM It's very interesting to see how the light is in the different pics. I like this one O.M. Spruance it looks like you got a fair covering too. Did you get to work ok? That road does'nt look as if it's been gritted. Do keep them coming guys I love looking at the frosty snowy pics. The only snow we have is on the mountains and hills but it's freezing. I think that is good as well OM

Jasmine, your puppy looked so sweet but the light conditions were pretty bad and I took the liberty of adjusting things for you. Mind you one can see what I did as I didn't do a full job on it. Hope you don't mind Cheers D

I think there is something about Snow that brings out the child in all of us. Great pics everyone, 4P those are very unusual shots, well done. My cat Suki had me awake at 3.30am today with his meawing he was very unsettled until I got up and gave him a cuddle, he went to the window to show me the snow on the ground. We've had a couple of inches and I was out to clear snow from the bird table and put lots more out for the birds and I took these. The side border This is one of the Cyclamen still in it's pot. The colour is lovely against the snow. Strong little plants. One of the containers on the windowsill.

Thanks for sharing them with us. Dark but alluring Gosh this thread moves fast. Jasmine I ran the puppy picture through some Photoshop tools. Simple and yes the blue was there already I did not mask it but lightening things up got the colour out stronger. Normally I would have made it less so.
