Braved the snow and took the camera on a short walk here is what I took, I hope you like them the overflow from the well. Great pics Carolann it looks so cold, I love the way these icicle's look. Thanks for sharing them with us. Dark but alluring Gosh this thread moves fast. Jasmine I ran the puppy picture through some Photoshop tools. Simple and yes the blue was there already I did not mask it but lightening things up got the colour out stronger. Normally I would have made it less so. One from me too

I think there is something about Snow that brings out the child in all of us. Great pics everyone, 4P those are very unusual shots, well done. My cat Suki had me awake at 3.30am today with his meawing he was very unsettled until I got up and gave him a cuddle, he went to the window to show me the snow on the ground. We've had a couple of inches and I was out to clear snow from the bird table and put lots more out for the birds and I took these. This is one of the Cyclamen still in it's pot. The colour is lovely against the snow. You are right LG - the colour really is lovely against the snow.... RF

I took this photo in the garden a few days ago just as the sun was going down. It looks like the lamp in my garden is switched on, but it is just the sun shining through it.

Snowy pictures with a light (or the sun) in them remind me of Narnia.

Went out on the feeding run the other day and took the camera, this is just a little taste of what we have snow wise, it takes about and hour to feed in good weather but now it is taking 3 hours to get all around. going up the road to the moors. stop no 1. this is Sheila who used to ride on the back of the bike but she dont like the mule. looking across the valley, you can see the freezing fog comin down from the moors, that is the Windy hill transmitter peeping through. Blue Bell Wood. the fog came down so the end of the pic's.
