Thank you for the noms LG. One of the icicles was hollow and melting water was running through the middle of it and out the end - couldn't capture that with the camera but it was amazing.
Thinking about it - you wouldn't want the top one landing on you.

Some icicle pictures from me today. There are some enormous icicles hanging from the house. This one must be 3ft long. Lots of them. Those are pretty dangerous looking Jasmine, great pics 'tho it just goes to show how very cold it's been. Death by icicle......

A feast for the birds,some years ago there were Waxwings on there,and Twitters from miles around came to photograph them That's lovely FB , Some gorgeous pics coming in thick & fast atm on this thread, they're getting all their noms before I see them. Jillyx

It was thawing during the day FB when the sun was on the snow and then freezing slowly and surely as the sun went down. No thawing been done today that's for sure! ;D

The dike behind the garden is raised and this one is with the machine in it for all you machine loving creatures. The bit of garden is next doors mostly.

No thanks two gardens is enough. They are putting an extra 1 meter on top. Not visible here but trust me it is there. The pic was taken on Sunday, people tend not to work then ;D

It continued to snow but thankfully a sunny start today has already started to thaw us out - more is forecast though so more photo opps may appear in the coming days x Tig
