I've got it instead - which is a relief It's chucking it down at the minute, not windy though. Feel sorry for any local open gardens, it isn't a day to be traipsing across soggy grass.

Horrible weather when we got home yesterday - gale force winds and rainy squalls. Today it's still breezy but not raining.

It's been sunny most of the morning here, accompanied by a stiff breeze - yesterday afternoon and evening the wind was from the East and at one point I thought one of the acers was likely to snap it was bending so much!

It's dry today and thankfully the wind has died down a bit. It's been trying to rain off and on all morning but so far it's staying dry. Wednesday seems to be a day when things improve.

It looks as though we are going back to April - sun, showers and cold but thankfully the wind has died down a little. Weather boffins say no improvement until the beginning of next month..

That wind persisted all day, and wrecked a lot of plants. Today it's calmer. Typical - we have to go up to Bristol so that the dentist can look at OH's implants. I'm twitching to get into the garden and get chopping!

No rain to speak of yesterday and some sunshine later in the evening. This morning is cloudy but it's not cold and it's not raining so I'm not complaining.

Yesterday stayed dry although cloudy. It's a bit brighter this morning and no real rain is forecast I don't think. I'll be off watering at the allotment this morning all being well.

We had a beautiful summer's day yesterday - typical when we were out! Today was supposed to be much the same, but it's grey at the moment. At least it's not raining.

It was quite cool overnight again, (wondering if it was a total waste of time planting sweetcorn!) Sun has shone so far however it is looking a bit overcast in places now. We are supposed to get rain later, I hope so because the ground is bone dry again.

We've had rain since early morning, typical when I watered at the allotment yesterday. Still it would take a lot of rain to get through the canopy of the Raspberries. I really need to thin them out this winter.

Drizzling here, all my water butts are full now so I just need to find the off switch again. It is brightening up a little bit. Humid and mild, but the overnight temperature fell to 7c again.

I was cold yesterday and ended up with my fleece on! We didn't get any rain, but that wind keeps on a-blowing. It looks slightly less windy today.
