The car windscreen wasn't frozen this morning and I don't think it dropped below 0c overnight. It's cold out though, colder now than it was earlier. I've noticed a bit more daylight both morning and late afternoon. It'll soon be light at tea time again.

A light frost but it didn't drop below 0c overnight. Sunny start again but only 2.6c at the mo. Better than rain or snow!

We had a light dusting of the white stuff overnight but not enough to cause problems. Very cold even though the sun is shining it is only 0.3c at the mo.

Very cold here too, the water I put out for the birds keeps freezing over so I've had to break the ice on it a few times today ,I like this sunny cold better than all the rain though.

It's snowing here, we had a couple of inches overnight and more is falling, I think the forecast says till noon.

It was still -5.9c at 9am, risen to a still fffffreezing -3.9c at the moment - sunny though 🥶

We had another snowfall in the night, a couple of inches by the looks of it, it was still very slippery yesterday as nobody grits the back roads here so today will be bad underfoot.

Very hard overnight frost (-6c) Blue skies again and the temperature did rise to 1c before 10am today so it may thaw a bit.

Above freezing here too, no frost and no condensation for a change. Not warm but not windy yet, very thick cloud cover though, dismal.

Well that was a noisy night at times! There was a lot of whistling as the wind got under the eaves and found little gaps to make tunes through. Milder overnight and up to 10c already. Winds have dropped for now but worse is to come later - oh joy, not! Had a bit of sunshine this morning and all the hellebores are upstanding again.

I've just been to the side of the house and were a fence panel missing, it was on next doors path, so we stood it up against the wall and wait to order a new one till this is all over, it's supposed to be coming back later in the week, glad you got away with it Tig, sunshine and showers here too and still quite windy. |

Anyone else think we may get through the entire alphabet of named storms this year! This one isn't quite as severe apart from the far north of Scotland it seems, they've taken a right battering lately. It is quite blustery again though and wet.
