A very cool wind here today, not bad temps if you can get out of the said wind.

Back to winter here, overcast and a chilly 12.7c at the moment.

Warm and a little overcast which is not bad since rain was forecast.

Cool and wet, July and still had very little ''summer'' I was going to pick my blackcurrants today but I'll wait till tomorrow when the forecast says dry.

11.5c here at the moment and the central heating kicked in, didn't stay on long though. It's rained overnight but not enough to fill one barrel despite having the drainpipe diverted into it from the roof. It has stopped raining now although it is very overcast still.

Really miserable today! Sir Keir Starmer is going to get very wet outside Downing Street.

It's sunny here, at the moment. Rain forecast for later though. Not as much wind so the washing is just dangling.

Sunny here but a very cold wind is blowing so spoiling being out in the garden.

Rain never arrived. Overcast and cool this morning, just started to spot a few drops of wet stuff but the sky doesn't look dark enough to rain heavy.

Sunny start but it dropped to 8c overnight, not a July temperature. Warmed up quickly with the sun though it is clouding over again now.

Lovely sunny day yesterday, heavy rain this morning, set for the day by the look of the sky.

Enough rain overnight to fill one butt, it was overflowing and I've moved the hose to the next one, but it stopped raining. The garden has had a good watering though, and it is quite mild but breezy at times.

Rained all day yesterday and we had thunder rumbling around 7pm didn't see any lightening though, it's very overcast this morning and damp.

Very cool again here, so fed up with it now, veg. plants are struggling, the cucumbers are no bigger than when I planted them, it's saint Swithens day tomorrow, gawd help us we have full water butts as it is.

There is rain then there is torrential downpours and that is what we had yesterday evening and overnight. Lots of flowers are flattened this morning or their petals have been battered off, but nothing needs watering for a while. Not too cold this morning and it has stopped raining for now.

Weird day here, it's very warm, it rained bucket loads overnight, dry today, but every so often a wind blows through turning the parasol over and flattening the taller flowers.

I was complaining of being too hot this morning I'm now feeling cold ! But I still want some rain ! It's 17deg . As I walked out the gate yesterday morning a sudden gust of wind blew me and then nothing!

Ah yes wanting rain. In with you. The warmth and the wind combined means things get dry. I have 2 big rain barrels almost empty now.

We've had light showers, so light they've not even wet the soil. It's windy and cool.

Heard a couple of claps of thunder first thing, but no rain. A bit of sun but overcast, hot and humid now.
