I was hoping it would be him for the new manager... surprised he's been arrested. He doesn't seem the type. Seems the type that would tell someone to bugger off if they tried to offer him a bung.

it's not the bung thing ,it's something else according to the news.

No I know it's not a bung, to do with fraud/corruption type thing. I just meant he doesn't seem the type that would take part in such things, I thought he would just tell them to bugger off.

I hope the special one takes over the England managers job No No No No NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I hate the arrogant shit head. As for Harry Redknapp, he's well known for being a bit of a wheeler dealer and was one of the people named by the BBC in the Panorama programme as having dealings with corrupt agents. I am not surprised at all that he's been arrested in this investigation. FA x

Saw the best game I've seen for ages tonight. Torrential rain, a mud bath of a pitch but 2 teams of girls aged 9 - 11 years played some fantastic stuff. Not so good @ the end when my daughter and her friends decided to belly flop in the goal area

FA x I like Harry and that (almost) tourette's twitch he has when he is anxious , but he is abit of a wheeler dealer - always has been (IMO incase his lawyers are secret GWD members )....... I remember an incident at Upton Park in the 97/8 season when the floodlights mysteriously went out in a game against Palace, bungs and brown envelopes of cash were mentioned then Interestingly, when we played the re-match we won 4-1............ Thinking about it, I'm sure Harry is the man for the England job........England ain't gonna win anything without the odd bung here and there

I think that the 'Town' V Pompey is a good tie........I'd pay to watch that, might have a word with my BiL . We've got Man bloody City, which means the OH hadn't better book a haircut on that day as the hairdresser is a City fan (moaned like a so and so about Sven at first, and now thinks his some kinda God!!!!!) I watched Harrogate Railway and Mansfield on the tv today......proper Cup Tie!! Mud, mud and more mud!! Mansfield had a player called Gareth Jelleyman.........what a FAB name ;D And, abit of a possible local derby for your OH Skarloey, if he is still supporting Havant and Waterlooville (another great name BTW ;D). I did have my fingers crossed that they might get one of the big boys.......purely financial of course!!!

Yep, he was pretty miserable about the possibility of going to Horsham too. Still, WHEN they win that one, the chances are greater for getting a bigger team. ;D
If the dates are different for the Pompey and 'looville matches and you two are gonna go, fancy a meet up? ;D

Now the last game I went to at the Town.........they wouldn't let me in the 'Sporting Farmer' (as it was called in my day) it's a sh*t hole but nearest to the ground........av a word will ya FA I'll see what the BiL can do ;D I didn't think we'd draw Manchester City Aprilaydee - I thought we'd get a big club like Spurs

Alex Ferguson has been quoted as saying that the recent 'incident' at the MUFC annual shindig will be dealt with in the Manchester United way. So it looks like the crockery will be flying this weekend ;D....allegedly!

Can't believe we were robbed by an incompetant moron of a referee in the FA Cup. By all accounts, Ipswich had a man sent off and it was never a sending off. Oh well, there's always next year......
