Plocket you really should not use oil on a lock,makes all the muck and dust stick to the mechanism,what you should use is powdered graphite,you can get it from a good locksmith or google around to buy online. I learned that from a locksmith who once came to fix a safe we had at work.

Great! Now you tell me Netherfield! ;D So how do I clean out the oil before I use the graphite stuff? And can I just sharpen a pencil to get some? ;D
