I wasn't going to bother, it's usually a disaster, but they had some in the cheap range at the GC only 99p. You're not too late though, the nightmares I've had with sowing them early over the years & trying to look after them, I now don't sow until May. Never known a plant to sulk so much if it gets so much as a breath of cold wind (well apart from Tithonias i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/grin.gif ) Jillyx

I've not sown my MGs yet, but will do them by the middle of this month latest.
Been out after tea sprinkling seeds in the borders, decided they can fend for themselves, dwarf double godetias, cosmos picotee and sea shells, eschsholzia californica double mixed, calendula neon, Linum Grandiflorum Rubrum and some amaranthus pony tails mixed.

You are too impatient Auricula! I sowed some hermodactylus tuberosus seeds last year, have had them in and out and in and out, noticed today that one green shoot has appeared, also got one green shoot in the pot that I sowed some seeds you sent me last year, can't remember the name off hand, but there is still a label in the pot x Tig

Well, I know I'm very late, but I threw a few sweet pea seeds in the ground. We will see if they grow, they are in a good location anyway!

I had a good germination from the free MG's from T and M but the cold weather over the weekend has made them look a bit sad so I'll sow some more tonight

I've sown more nasturtiums, the pink jewel one and an 'alaska' type with variegated leaves and salmon coloured flowers. Also scattered some Nora Barlow mixed aqualegia and some antirrhinum Brighton Rock. They are in situ. In the WIG I've sown a tray of anagallis gentian blue - not one germinated last year x Tig

You've reminded me that I should have some Anagallis too, must check my seed packets and see what I need to get sowing. Trouble is the weather has been so awful it's hard to get motivated.
