HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My computer keeps putting a sign up with a red cross saying the memory is too low, well I have checked and the defragment scale shows 94 GB. 88%. do I need a man, or is it something I can do anybody know please, .
I don't have any avatar pictures either.

Oh blimey Barbara - I've got two things running around my brain - safe mode and ram.
I think you can adjust the settings under system in control panel and then advanced.
Have you got a lot of programmes running all at the same time - if so close as much down as you can.
Will try and come up with something.

RF the only thing running was GWD, so thats not the answer, thanks anyway.  I have all the avatars back. so maybe whatever it was has gone to bother somebody else.  |

Run a spy ware programme such as Spybot - you might have spy ware running programmes in the background.
