The drive down to the office was actually rather uncomfortable after the earlier euphoria so I am wondering if I am getting a little ahead of myself. Still, it's a start.

Dont rush to get back to "normal" Im sure its frustrating but you have been very ill - you still need to rest So listen to us - we know stuff

Don't do too much too soon, you have to listen to your body when you have been really poorly. but I'm glad your a step further on.
