I agreed with the judges - it was a shame either Michael or Melinda had to go out: neither of them deserved to be in the skate-off  If it wasn't going to be Todd (who really did deserve to be there, but he is obviously just too funny for people not to vote for him) it should have been Ellery or Donal. I'm glad it was Michael rather than Melinda who went though - got fed up with him making faces at the camera. I hope it doesn't knock Melinda's confidence to have been in the skate-off again - I get the impression she is easily upset. |

I can't say I'm going to miss Michael - no offence but he just didn't tick the boxes for me. I wouldn't have minded if Melinda went out either. I can't help being relieved that Ellery achieved his lift because if he'd dropped little Frankie as Michael dropped his partner the poor girl would have been squished. I can't help thinking that Colleen will be out soon. I think she's wonderful and is what the show is all about, but the nerves show. I thought dancing to "I'm in the Mood for Dancing" was inspired ;D
And with regard to the judges, why does everyone think Jason is such a baddie when he is trying to constructively criticize? I think Ruthie is more harsh than him!

To be honest i realy dont know why Ruthie is on the judgeing panel.
She is no skater and has no expert advice at all.I think she should be replaced with someone more experianced.
Jason does give constructive advice but i think he does tend to go a bit far sometimes.
Robin is the head judge but he doesnt have a lot to say for himself.
I think Karen Barber and Jayne Torvill look great this year they have both lost a lot of weight.

I don't think they give Robin a chance because Jason is much more entertaining!!! ;D I agree about Ruthie - she's a waste of space and I'd much prefer to see someone who's done skating, perhaps one of the ex-contestants. At least they know what the celebs are going through  |

I believe Michael is saying the judges are unfairly biased this year towards the women. He's not happy at having been voted off.

I read somewhere tht Gemma Bissex sp? is showing sour grapes towards the female contestants when she was is the audience...she applauded the men but not one particular female one.

I don't think the judges are unfairly biased at all - it's the voting public who put Michael (& various other people who didn't deserve to be there) in the skate-off.
I agree with Plocket - I think I've already said - about both Jason and Ruthie. I nearly always agree with what Jason says (though not always with his way of saying it!) - and Ruthie really should be replaced with a skater.

It is particularly rude 'tho to boo someone when they're trying to speak I think. I honestly agree with a lot of what he says but do wish he'd say it in a more understanding manner.  |

Think the producers like someone like him on the show - gives it a bit of bite and clout ;D
I didnt like Michael much so not bothered he has gone - I look forwards to seeing Bambi and Ray again - from one extreme to the other arent they ;D

Ray is in a league of his own - wonder if he may go "professional"
Ellery poor chap has no rhythm at all - he looks totally uncomfortable
I will miss Bambi - he gave the show a bit of light relief

I'm glad Todds out, it's not fair when the others are trying so hard, I think Ellery will be next, he's not a bad skater just got no rhythm for dancing, is that 'cause he's got no waist do you think.  |

I thought Ellery was quite good the first week of the show - he has got worse ever since and I think he is taking it too seriously now, which makes him tense and wooden I didn't reckon much to Roxannes performance last night, thought Coleen gave a better performance than her .. x Tig |

Ray was great last night i thought the judges were a littl harsh on Donel and Roxanne i liked both their efforts. Zoe is coming on a lot now and i like to see her skate but i still say Ray and Jesica for the final. I enjoied it last night and agree with the comments about Ray, he's the best to watch in my opinion. I like it so much better when they improve and really get into it. I think it was the right decision for Tod to go,and think he danced better in the dance off than he had previously. |

Oh Missy you read my mind I was just going to post that we should all see Todd again on the Tour - he will pull in the crowds am sure the promoters will know that I go to the show at the M E N arena each year so think best get tickets well in advance this time - he will be "my favourite" |

I can't say I'm upset that Todd's out. His skating was dreadful but he was at least entertaining. I cringe when I watch Ellery because I can't understand how someone can have NO rhythm! I'm going off Roxanne too - she can't take criticism, when it's meant to help her, and just gives lip back. Ok so Jason might not be the kindest of judges but he speaks the truth and is making the comments so the skaters can learn. Roxanne doesn't seem to understand that and for that reason I want her out.
I'm loving watching Ray, and can't wait to see what more he can achieve. And I think Jessica and Zoe could do better still if they learn to control their nerves. They seem to need more confidence.

I just cant seem to get excited about this series, it is a lot one sided with Ray and everyone else on the other side. Ruthie is getting on my nerves and Jason could try saying things without all that venom.
