Now that the £2000 ten year old car bounty has been officially announced U can't say that I feel compelled to race down to the garage with my qualifying 11 year old Ford Escort. On the other hand does this mean that it is immediately worth at least £2000 and would thus be treated more favourably as a trade-in on a nearly new car? That would be my preference, not that I particularly want to change at the moment.
