She did look lovely, thought the dress and train was far more appropriate than those ridiculously long ones. What did folk think of Beatrices hat then, especially as she was sat right behind the Queen - looked like she was growing something out of her head or turning into Medusa ;D Hope they are happy for years, and years, and years x Tig

Missed the whole thing but heard a little on the radio as I went down to the papershop but I have seen a few pic's on the web she looked stunning and they make a wonderful couple, best wishes to them both for a long and happy life together.

That's what I thought - good for Beatrice - she didn't seem to mind the criticism of her hat just decided to put it to good use and raise a fortune for charity. One of my mums works in the very-VIP lounge at one of our airports and she says those girls are just lovely!

Princess Beatrice's royal wedding hat has been sold on auction site eBay for £81,100.01.
The auction on eBay ended on Sunday, with the proceeds going to charities Unicef and Children in Crisis.
