Those are all wonderful photos everyone. Our good spring is surely making up for our hard winter. Jilly your Mum's Magnolia tree is amazing especially when I think of it being 50years old and I love how she's planted all those spring flowers together in your last pic.

I don't think I've shown you my Tulipa 'Little Beauty'. Last year the badgers ate the lot - so it's lovely to be able to see them this year.

It is a 'Little Beauty' too that small tulip, so cheerful. Mine came back and multiplied LG, wonder where yours have gone??? The garden is like a box of jewels today, so many tulips out now and lot more of the weird fringed ones. Even OH commented how colourful it all is!! Don't think my bluebells are in bud yet, must look tomorrow The lily of the valley is just starting to open though, darned thug it is too! x Tig

Yes, my bluebells are in flower - the blue and white, anyway, no pink ones yet. The Irises in the back garden are in flower - opening fast! The sun has really brought them on, very early. My white Dodecatheon are also flowering, but the pink ones are only just appearing. One of the new shrubs I planted on the bank has got its first flower today - it's a white Kerria (Rhodotypos scandens). It has several buds, too. The first Clematis montana flowers are opening, too.
