Just had a walk round the garden. The snowdrops are coming but very slowly. Galanthus John Gray That's a really good picture Jasmine, were you laying down when you took it I wonder. They really are like little drops when pictured like that are'nt they Lovely Jasmine, it's good to see where you plant your special snowdrops too. I have always wondered how having special varieties as single bulbs would work, I'd loose them immediately i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/rolleyes.gif it all makes sense now. Lovely pics Isabella, they look so healthy too. My primroses are being eaten by green caterpillars.

Thanks ladies, Jasmine those are your snowdrops I'm pretty sure. I think the ones from Ruth are at the top of the garden but my camera would'nt behave. I've got about 4 clumps of them now and I started out with 2. ;D

A little bit of sunshine and the snowdrops have opened their petals so the green markings are showing... G. Anglesey Abbey The petals are chewed but Grumpy's face is now showing. This is G. Mrs Thompson - I think it's really pretty inside.

How lovely to see so many things starting to bloom. After being on my hands and knees weeding I've found loads of crocus in flower (how did I miss them? ) also the snowdrops are opening just enough for me to see the middles up the cup. And I found the doubles in bloom on the front, dunno how I missed them either (should have gone to Specsavers ;D) x Tig

I spotted new shoots on the astrantia, geraniums, phlox, asters, euphorbias and something I will have to dig up as it is going to be too invasive where I've got it, achillea millefolium Cherry Queen - shooting all over the place, a foot from the original plant x Tig
