At the Fair on Saturday we had 2 Christmas discs going round on a loop - we heard Band Aid and Walking in the Air about 40 times!

No, it's a Me to You Bear with "wife" on it. I collect them (not obsessively) and I wanted one with wife on it so I can have it next to the bed along with the first card he bought me... I can be soppy when I want to be lol

That's why I was missing yesterday. I looked as though I'd gone 5 rounds with Mike Tyson and the painkillers weren't really doing their job properly! Poor you. i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/kiss.gif Have you fixed up an appointment yet?

I found my "tree" - it is a Cherry Blossom with "warm white" lights that are the actual flowers; it is very tasteful and not at all tacky AND there was DISCOUNT of £40 which made it even more attractive Can be used for indoor and outdoor too This year I wanted to leave my old decs and tree in the garage and buy something different

Someone has something like that for sale at the Christmas Fair on Saturday Jen - I thought it looked a bit different. Hope your tooth ache is better today Tig or you'll have to go and remind your dentist who you are ;D

3 presents wrapped out of the 5 that I have at the moment (waiting on the rest) and cards for the neighbours written. Think I'm going to stick the cards from everyone other than family onto the back of the lounge door-no room on the mantelpiece and the cats only knock them off everywhere else!
Got hubby a Toblerone and wrapped it in some of the brown paper that the lemon juice parcel arrived in this morning so he won't be able to guess what it is ;D

I had my first Xmas present at the end of November, from the Contact the Elderly people who I drive for once a month. I knew they were chocolates and I had to eat them at the beginning of December....

Our Deputy Head does Contact the Elderly teas and folk drive them to different people's houses when ever or where ever the tea is held - is that what you do TT? She held one at school recently and the school choir sang carols while they had their tea. She makes very nice cakes - we get the left overs and the experiments in the staff room!
Nice to be able to chat with your GD Geranium - my MiL complains the boys don't talk enough.

Yeah, I love it! Free tea, cake and great company once a month, what's not to love? lol We had the local school (who run the group anyway actually) pupils in last month for our Xmas party and they sang carols and played some instruments. They did a lovely spread (as always) but they didn't seem to eat much this month! Not many doggy bags either which is unusual... Some more pressies arrived today, one via someone else's house on another street thanks to FedEx Thankfully the owners of that house brought it round for us.

I use a small shop for all my computer needs for the office and for home Bought myself a Windows 7 laptop from them; they delivered to my home and set it up transferring all my old files onto it and resetting my emails - that took ages as I had to call the Philippenes (sp) to check my password It was my Christmas present to myself

I've just made a large NOEL sign for the kitchen out of card board, painted it blue and sprinkled gold glitter on it and hung it from purple ribbon. I was only messing but it looks quite good.
