Haven't got any pics (I didn't think I'd need the camera), visiting MIL yesterday & she has got Daffs out i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/shocked.gif , they're not even the small early ones. In Kent last week, Mum had Snowdrops showing colour & she told me this morning that they are out. The weird thing in MIL's garden is in the border just up from the Daffs there are still Gazanias in flower left over from the Summer. Looking this morning I may have Fond Memories out for Christmas. Goodness Jilly, talk about 2 different situations. I've got 3 Nerine out again and another one in bud. Very strange to have them this late. They only opened up a couple of weeks ago.

I have a snowdrop in flower at the lottie. The Tinker bell nicotiana RF gave me are still in full flower and beneath them the first flowers of the Hellebore are opening. Mind you it is a lovely combination. Be it odd.

Unbelievable isn't it after the last 2 winters! I brought this in when I cut back the alstroemerias on December 23rd.

These are some of the buds on my Exchorda...they look a bit odd as I think the shrub usually has its leaves before its flowers come out

It would make you wonder wouldn't it Geranium? I was just wondering how often flowers and shrubs flower twice in the same year - not very often at all!

It's amazing to see so much in bloom at this time of year is'nt it. Poor plants must be so confused but they'll be fine. These things do happen from time to time don't they.

I have new flowers on 2 penstemons, several alstroemerias and a day lily. My Bowles mauve per. wallflower is in full bloom and I have 3 daffodils out. The lowest temp we've had has been 5c at night and my papyrus is still growing ;D

Some of the Stocks that I left in one of the containers have started flowering again & I had to cut back some Nasturtiums this afternoon so that you could see the bulbs underneath.

Gosh what a difference it makes when you live somewhere just a few degrees warmer and with less rain.
