He seems very sure, or the news is making us feel that but it seems odd to be giving it away now 😐

Has anyone mentioned they are going to be on the following year this far in advance?

No nothing was ever confirmed so far in advance Jasmine and the BBC like to keep everyone in suspense and make a big thing of releasing who's going to be on the show at certain times etc.... We enjoyed the Strictly Christmas Special last night. For once I'd not looked at the spoiler so did'nt know who won.

We enjoyed it too Ladygardener! I knew who won and thought it was well deserved but Caroline was very good too. Not sure why there were so many FB posts about Jake being a worthy winner, sure he has wiggly hips but he also seems a bit robotic with some of his moves, not sure robotic is the right word but a bit like he is thinking hard at times over what bit comes next 😐

For the 1st time ever I enjoyed Anton and Widdie. Being in Jenny's I'd not gone onto DS Jasmine but no way would I have wanted Jake to win, he was too straight and some of the wiggling got on my nerves.

Craig obviously did a little bit too Ladygardener - or he was overcome with Christmas spirit - think he only ever gave her 1 and she got a 2 from him this time!!!

Jasmine, Barbara Tig Missredhead Auricula theinsidegardener Jilly There's a new dance programme coming to the BBC. It's a Sico production and I've found this, Alesha Dixon and Diversity dancer Jordan Banjo will host The Greatest Dancer. The judges are Cheryl Tweedy, and Oti Mabuse and Matthew Morrison (you'll know him if you've watched Glee) The BBC are advertising it like this. Dancers of any age and style compete to win £50.00 and a chance to be on Strictly Come Dancing. Starts at 8pm on Sat. 5th Jan. I'll be giving it a go for sure.

I saw the trailer for it Ladygardener, all the audience were screaming and cheering I think it will be a noisy affair, probably on the lines of x factor.

Barbara, you could well be right. Jasmine, I hope it's good. It'll be interesting I think. I'd not known that Cheryl is Ballroom/Latin trained and competed when she was younger. It might be a bit like The Voice. From what I've heard the judges mentor a group of those who get through. I'd watch pretty much anything to do with dance and I'd say Jenny's girls will watch it too.

Strictly’s Gorka Marquez, 28, and actress Gemma Atkinson, 34, have announced they are expecting their first child. They met on the show in 2017.

So Pasha has announced on twitter that he has left Strictly. He'll be missed, I loved his choreography and his smile. I thought he was exceptional last year, maybe he gave it his all because he knew it would be his last season. He has said he will be on the strictly tour, wonder what else he'll get up to now and who will take his spot on the show.
