Are you using Lancashire cheese Pam? I might try it using a stronger flavoured cheese, I find Lancashire a bit milky

We've got Cajun Chicken, very easy Colmans bake in the bag mix, just chicken fillets, rice, peppers, onions & tomatoes all together in one pot. We were going to have pulled Pork, but have put that off until tomorrow, as OH has just got back from the supermarket & it would have ended up as a midnight feast if we'd have started it now... it needs 5 hours.

The cheese and onion pie was yummy I don't think Lancashire cheese is a good 'melter', though - next time I will try making the pie using Gruyere or strong cheddar This is the pie I made

Ooooh that pie looks deeeeeeelish isabella! I'll use cheddar As I had a bit of chicken to use up (: I made a stir fry with ginger, garlic, onions, sweet peppers and broccoli, then made egg fried rice. Not our usual Sunday roast dinner but it made a nice change (and all the chicken got eaten)

We had some more of the pulled Pork last night & there's still a bit left, so will probably have that with some sweet chilli chicken wings & colslaw. I might do a few sweet potato wedges with it as I'm not a great fan of chicken wings (too many bones). A nice easy picky dinner.

Jerk Chicken, rice & salad, I was going to make pineapple & chilli salsa to go with it, but the tin of pineapple turned out to be pineapple, pears & peaches, which I didn't think would work quite as well

It's so cold here today, rather than have the snaky type things we usually have on a Friday night, I got a small joint of Gammon out of the freezer this morning & I'm going to do a roast dinner tonight.
