Hi Tig. Here are my meleagris/Snakes Head Fritillary. My frits have just come into bloom, so we're still behind you guys a bit but we'll catch up as the season goes along. Don't know if that white one is a legitimate hybrid that got mixed in with the package of corms I bought, or an "albino". I don't recall seeing it last season. And here is one of my hellebores that fit the "purple" lable, I think.

Very nice Tig. Mine are still at the early bud stage; maybe in a week or so I should be seeing the blooms. I love alliums. I can't imagine my spring garden without them.

The Thalictrum is out and looking good this year. Two for the price of one it seems - it should be purple. Verbascum Phoeniceum Not sure about this but decided it could be added to the purple's as well. Rf

Cor blimey Bagpuss that aquilegia is lush - well done you!! The one and only Allium Gladiator is out, almost expected it to snap with all the wind we have had, as it is over 4' tall now .. My 'rabbit ears' lavender is out ;D And the clematis 'Multi-Blue' (which looks purplish to me ) is also blooming lovely .. x Tig

Still a step or two ahead of us here tig. The buds on my alliums are just starting to show signs of opening, and my multi-blue clem is just budding. Mine also tends to look more purple than blue to me.

Erm.... Multi-blue is actually a purple clematis. There aren't really any true blue clematis on the market, yet
