I'd never heard the term 'Californian Bluebell' Plocket .... it's a small bulb, I think this one is known as Triteleia 'Queen Fabiola' ... sorry the pic isn't great ... cheers ...

Purple(ish) at the moment, they will open white... Can't wait for them to open as they are so fragrant, they are the flower buds on my Lemon Tree. They're flowering - shame I have a cold and can't smell them!!

Hello Everybody I have just been looking through all the beautiful photos on this post and I am wondering why has it taken me song long to find it. Have not got time to mention all of them. I did love the beautiful aubergine coloured flowers captures on the lemon tree by GardenHtte. I have two lemons on my little tree which are just ab out the size of a large hen's egg, flowers have already opened. DG's beautiful pic of the hardy geranium. I have seen pics of his garden at the other site a few months ago. Rosefriend I loved the photo of the truly purple rose in your last post. It looks like Rhapsody in Blue to me as it is on a single petal rose. I bought this rose just a few months ago and it has already flowered once. I presume you are an expert, so tell me if I am wrong. I have a few photos to post, but unfortunately my camera I realise know is not good enough for the close shots and the works of art I've seen on this MB. Here goes anyway. PJ

The two roses in the photos above are
1) Blue Moon (or Twice in a Blue Moon I'm not sure which as I have both in garden)
2) Big Purple (it looks deep pink in photo unfortunately)
I think I am going to treat myself to a better camera

Hi DG,
Didn't get round to sowing any this year but what I did grow last year self seeded in the pot and I've got lots of little seedlings, some of which are starting to flower even though their only about 2" high. Not sure what's going on there, but I'm not complaining!

Hi DG, sowed mine a bit early too - they have not really taken off though, some flowered earlier, but I just take pot luck! Literally Tig
