;DAt least you've realised what you did. I've sown Mina Lobata, I think they can take a while to germinate. Ipomea Scarlet O' Hara (Many thanks to Dutchy for both sets of seeds) and my own Spanish Morning Glory. Oh and I sowed some Ganzia. Yes thank goodness LG - I could have had a comfrey take over in the borders i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/shocked.gif My Mina Lobata were very quick coming up - they are pretty - just like MG but redder leaves.

Oh dear Auricula that's not good. It happens to some of mine too. Hope it does'nt affect too many of them. I was writing about the replacement for Cheshunt Compound. It's available now and called Fruit and Vegetable Disease Control.

Hlo chaps...I did some pricking out this arvo. I have been pretty ruthless...I always end up with soooo many plants that I can't look after them all properly...so I've only potted up 6 cosmos (sonata), 6 zinnias (red spider) altho I have another seedling pot of them to do...5 coleus (red dragon) and one nepeta. Potted on 5 weeny plug plants I picked up yesterday...2 pelargonium appleblossom, 2 burgundy coloured petunias and one pale blue double petunia. Still lots to do... the sweet peas have germinated in the GH, and the nasturtiums and cerinthe are up. Perfick. Just need to keep everything alive....

Mine too Jilly - any that are in the lobby are in a permanent vegetative state Got fed-up with the ricinus today and tipped them out of their pots - turns out they've got amazing root systems just no top growth. I put them back in their pots!

This year with my tomato plants upstairs I've cut the 2L water bottles in two and put holes in the bottom bit and put them over the little pots. They're like mini propagators for each little pot and give some protection to the plants sitting on the windowledge. Perhaps something like this would help bring some of your babies on Jilly and Jasmine.

That's a good idea LG. I cover mine in fleece every night - that's not warm enough to encourage growth obviously.

No trouble, I'll pop them in the post tomorrow for you. My Ganzia seeds that I sowed on 9th are starting to come up. ;D I've sown some Nasturtium this morning now as well. Red Cherry (this is the remainder of the ones Jasmine kindly sent last year.) and some more Apricot Doubles.

They're so slow Geranium - I was going to dump mine and then found this spectacular root system when I tipped them out of their pots. A week later and the stem is just unfurling!
