All this efficient sowing going on, I did make a bit of a start yesterday, as I had some tot plants that needed potting on & I had the compost out I sorted out my Sweet pea seeds as I seem to have about 7 or 8 half used packets in my seed store, so I filled up the root trainer tray & just sowed a few of each, didn't even label them, so will be pot luck.

Today I've sown Calendula Indian Prince. I saw them on Beechgrove garden last year and put them onto my wish list. I've also sown some more Sweetpea, Chives, Broad Bean The Sutton along with a few Lychnis Coronaria and Maurandya Barclayana seeds sent to me by a friend. All up apart from the Maurandya Barclayana now and thanks to Tig for the Lychnis seeds. I'll have to try to prick some out this coming week.

Dusted off the heated propagator and made a start with a few seeds yesterday. Mina Lobata & another climber Maurandia Barclaiana (a gift from Tig,), Rudbeckia rustic Dwarf (more a triumph of hope over experience as I've never got a seed grown Rudbeckia to flowering size yet ) and the first of the Cosmos.

Also potted up a canna Wyoming root, removed the baggied tree peony seeds from the fridge, and spotted that some of the lithops seeds I sowed on 5/3/16 are showing.

:-0 you lot do know how to impress. I haven't sown any flowers yet. I must start my sweet peas soon. Or buy plugs later. Bug ger decision decision help.... I haven't done any Sweetpeas either Dutchy, - I have decided to sow outside together with the Cosmos and Poppies for OH... I have to admit that the Plug plants (Baldur) are very good - I don't actually think much of Baldur but I have to say that I am impressed...price wise and plant wise... Ingrid - and I also bought some very good Geraniums for the front garden which again were very good in price and condition.

The osteospurmums are up! They didn't hang about. Well done RF. My little geranium plugs went in one of the growhouses, they haven't died, but they haven't grown either. Needs to warm up a bit for them I think.

I sowed some Calendula Indian Prince seeds, I'd ordered them after seeing them on Beechgrove Gardens last year, hope they do as well for me as they did for them. I've sown some Orange King as well. The Buff Beauty I sowed a while back have germinated but only very sporadically. I've also sown some Night Scented Stock into modules, could'nt be without it and some wild flower mix which I'll separate out once I can identify seedlings.

I loved that calendula LG, such a warm colour, hope they do well for you. I'm well chuffed three vigna caracella are pushing through, two ricinus and one erodium, so far I'm trying not to sow any more seeds until I see what space I have left on the windowsill
