I haven't weighed myself this week (I haven't got scales) but I haven't been particularly careful so don't think I've lost much

Brilliant Holiday thanks Amo. Will post some pics eventually on another thread.
I put on 2lb but am not too worried about that. A week of eating what I felt like which did include a lot of healthy stuff amongst the fat and booze!!!!!
Amo, glad you lost 11/2lb last week and never mind about the 1lb put back on. Our weight goes up and down all the time!

Hia Supa - it's nice to see you back and I'm glad you had a brill holiday.
2lb isn't bad and you can soon drop that if you want to.
I'm curvy Amo, but in places I shouldn't be curvy!! Don't worry about the little put on. You need a bit of time off occasionally and it will make you be a bit better this week.

Have to ask a question. Does linen shrink when washed? I think that might give you a clue as to my progess thus far. ;D I have been really good - slice of toast with a banana at breakfast, cottage cheese at lunchtimes and fruit, knife and fork jobby at tea-time (I've kind of glossed over the details there!) and I feel like I've lost a little but my pants tell me different. I've decided not to weigh myself every week - it's acting as a disincentive

Linen will shrink if you wash it too hot. You must've washed it too hot Shrub!

I have considered squeezing in the machine myself but it's one of those intelligent ones and would probably spit me out in disgust!!

Ratatouille with brown rice for tea tonight. Very nice and I've got 3 more portions to freeze!! Mind you I did have beans on toast for lunch, was s'posed to be having salad but was too busy painting to bother!! What with Muesli and a banana for brekkie looks like I may be becoming a vegetarian! (Red wine is vegetarian isn't it?)
Haven't done the washing up yet BTW. OH had a Fray Bentos steak and kidney pud, taters and marrowfat peas so there's LOADS to do! (OH believes in healthy eating you know, as long as it doesn't affect him!)
