Well, I've been on and off those scales like a yoyo, moved them round the floor and checked the needle's in the right place (they're old fashioned not digital). But they still tell me the same. I've lost 4lb and am at my Goooooaaaaal!!!!! Maybe when I weighed last week I was having a very heavy moment or maybe I'm particularly light this morning. There's no other explanation 'cos I have not been eating very healthily this week. EG. Had fish and chips for tea last night! I guess it'll end in tears but I'll revel in it for the moment!!

Thanks SO. You do that, gotta keep going, you've lost 6lb in 3 weeks which is pretty good going. You may not continue to lose at that rate but don't get discouraged. I think I'd like to lose a little more, say another 1/2 stone. Mind you even that's not going to get rid of all my wobbly bits, I think only toning exercise at the Gym would do that and I'm not THAT desperate!!

Well done!!! That's really satisfing to know ;D ;D Well, my one on last week is one off this and as I didn't move the Ticker scale I'm still there. I guess I'm a zillion miles from reaching the goal I set myself for my birthday at the begining of all this, but I am lighter than when I started!!! ;D

The above was only a joke really. But, when I weighed myself this AM i was 2lb heavier! I knew it was wrong yesterday! Or just a very light moment in time. Anyway I'm still with you, will be for ever I guess as healthy eating is a way of life rather than a dreaded diet. Must get back on the tracks though, I've been slipping a bit this week......2 a day instead of 5, fish and chips and too much wine!

Hi All (or anybody.............), Well not too bad today. Back to 1lb over my original goal. Anyway I've moved the goalposts 'cos I want to lose a bit more. Must become more disciplined, especially as I won't be working anymore (at least for the time being) after next Monday Don't want to sit about and run to fat do I!! (Not much chance of that at the mo, there's sooooo much to do in the garden!

Well, away I go on holiday again and Uuuuup goes the weight again! Before I started this I didn't put on weight quickly, only gradually. Now, when I let go a bit I put 3lb on in one week!!
I blame le fromage, la baguette est le vin rouge!!! Very good though!!
