Here is a little chap which I rescued. He was sitting on my path, looking very tired indeed, so I popped him on a leaf in my pot of Hesta Beans. I think this is his way of saying thank you!

Yes they are the French Vanilla F1 Marigold - slow to start with but they have made a very good show, no slug damage even in this weather.

Very scary up close lng ;D Caught a few more in action today .. On the agastache liquorice Two types sharing a calendula .. And this one on the passion flower - at first I thought it was bright yellow, but it is covered in pollen if you spot it ;D .. x Tig

GORGEOUS...who said they was ugly? come-on...own up! they are exquisite creatures imo...one got completely sozzled the other day on one of my dwarf delphiniums...it was buzzing around in a very drunken manner with his proboscis dangling....
