My first bee arrived in the garden today. It was in the crocus and it was huge. ;D

But it still is the nicest bum ever on a bee DK ;D What LG, no photo of a bee's bum? Nothing here as yet but it is either belting down or freezing or windgusts , were I a bee I would not venture out. Mozzies are there though

Is'nt it wonderful to see them Rf. If ever there was an advertisement for crocus this year has done it for me. It's a great source of early food for them.

I don't expect to see any signs of them around these parts for some weeks yet; but I did hear a dove a couple days agao, but that was before the sleet, and rain, and fozen rain, and snow, and frozen rain, and gusting wind and sleet started.

Fantastic day here and the first "real" bee has visited the garden... RF This one really made me laugh, he's absolutely covered in pollen. It looks like you're having a lovely day there Rf. I havent seen any in my garden yet

They were very busy today, the nectaroscordums were buzzing with them, I have a few clumps about the borders like this one there were a couple mating, the noise the male makes trying to woo her is so loud! I didn't take a photo or video them though Got this one in Bryants Rubidor instead x Tig
