I love spring. That's a very impressive tulip LG. Here is one of my "special" daffodil's. I've had the bulbs for about three years and for the first time I have three of them in flower.

Missy that is one weird tulip!!! And Bagpuss quite an unusual narcissus - do you know its name? Took a photo of this huge beast as I was taking snaps of the seedlings - I grew it from seed last year, overwintered it in the wardrobe with its brothers and sisters, this one must be the daddy

That's a gorgeous colour Tig.
Don't know the name of the narcissus, but will try and find out. I believe it is an Alpine.

Bagpuss I think that narcissus is called Hooped Petticoat I've tried (& failed) with it quite a few times. Tig I think we've both been rescuing the same Wallflowers. Brazen Hussy has spread very well this year Pulsatilas (sp) just starting Perennial Wallflower Jillyx

BP I think you mean MRH's tulip do you? JIlly I did'nt know they were pulsatillas when I nominated your purple one. How lovely, I tried one year to grow them but had no luck at all with the little plug plants I bought. The colour of the perennial wallflower is lovely. ;D For that wonderful pink Rf.
