I struggle too Tig, because we have such a lot of great music to choose from. And not all of it is on YouTube.

Well I'm going to pursue this to the end. My numner 3 album of all time is one no-one bar a few die hard OMD fans will have heard of. It's "Still Life" by The Listening Pool. When OMD split up, 3 members of the band continued to make music together and their project was called The Listening Pool. They only made 1 album and released 2 singles which didn't do any good but I absolutely loved it and I play it a lot.
Sadly, nothing on YouTube but that's only to be expected with such an obscure choice !

I'm going straight on to my number 1 album and then I can leave this thread for others to take on (I can be a music bore at times, can't I !). Anyway, it'll be no surprise that it's an OMD album at number 1. It's "Architecture & Morality". I loved this album the moment I heard it and a quarter of a century later, I still do. It contains my favourite ever track by my favourite ever band (which wasn't a single) and spawned 3 of OMD's biggest hits Souvenir uk.youtube.com/watch?v=xdz0jas03pcJoan of Arc (poor quality video - give it about 30 seconds to get going) uk.youtube.com/watch?v=wFj65qkag20Maid of Orleans (also about Joan of Arc) uk.youtube.com/watch?v=NbSEuV9LQqYFA x

As I enjoy music a lot and I'm having fun trawling through YouTube finding old stuff, I thought I might now do my top 10 bands of all time I wonder who my number one will be..... ), followed by my top 10 male solo artists and then my top 10 female solo artists. Anyone care to join me ? Strangely enough, I have quite a few favourite bands who I don't have an album or single from in either of my previous top 10's. I'll make a start later, if I get time. FA x

Tiggy, as you seem to be the only one posting on this thread, I thought Id add my favourite Moody Blues number I was reminded of it after hearing Nights in White Satin. It reminds me of another old flame circa 69-70! PJ
