Ordered another geranium crystal lake a few days ago and it arrived today (Stephen Roff doesn't have it at the moment).
Another good Ebayer with 99.8% positive feed back...

I was'nt sure where to ask this question but has anyone ever ordered plants from Mr Fothergill? I got a f£5.00 voucher off if I order over £10.00 from them and have spied 3 potted Totally Tangerine for £14.95 and 3 Flames of Passion for the same price, I thought I'd order both sets.

Has anyone bought on ebay from rodennurseries ? The name rings a bell Ladygardener. Are they based in Shropshire? If they are then they must be the nursery that you get when you google the name. If they're a 'proper' business I should think their plants would be good.

Jasmine and Auricula thanks very much for the info. I'm still looking. There's so much I'd love to buy but it would all have to be overwintered in some way so I have to be reasonable.

I did a Mr F's order this morning Ladygardener! I had to phone as I couldn't get the website to move onto the pay page and it was beginning to make me grumpy! I ordered Geum Totally Tangerine x3, Echinacea Orange Passion x3 and Papaver Manhatten x3. I had a £5 voucher so that covered the P+P and I got a free Clematis Rebecca!

I'll be on there later today as well Jasmine, I will be ordering the TT Geum too, I've got one of those £5 vouchers and as you say it will cover P&P and they have quite a bit I like so I might qualify for the free Rebecca too.

I should have put on here that I did an ebay order the other day. 2 lots of 10 plug plants each of Geum and 1 of Sidalcea Party Girl. Ordered from Janeb2321 and checking my account I've ordered from them before so fingers crossed they're fine.

Let us know Ladygardener! I ordered a viburnum opulus from gardeningrussell yesterday....don't think I've used him before but he sells a lot of plants and has a lot of feedback!

Did you order from Mr F's Ladygardener? The feedback is generally helpful although I have to say I tend to resist from leaving negative or neutral feedback (only done it twice) as you rarely have to and the seller has the right of reply and can be really unpleasant. The seller I recently had problems with had negative and neutral feedback that was similar - plants not turning up/bad communication. Ah well, you live and learn!

You do indeed live and learn Jasmine. I have'nt had a chance to order from Mr. F but hopefully I will if not today then tomorrow. I hate leaving negative feedback too but it does at least give others a chance to see what the seller is really like. As to rodennurseries I can't find them now.

For some reason Mr. F won't accept my £5.00 off voucher. I've emailed them and will see what they say.

As Ladygardener suggested, I'll put this on here even though it wasn't e-bay, I ordered a collection of fancy Echinacias from Simplyseedsandplants from an offer in AG magazine. Wasn't sure as they seemed far too cheap, but I ordered them on Sunday & they're here today, lovely healthy looking plugs.

Nicely packed good root systems on them and a couple extra as well. I would recommend Janeb2321 and am well pleased with my plugs. All 34 of them are now potted up in a mix with mp and a bit of perlite added. I'll keep them out the back for the moment.

I've just been & had a look at janeb2321 on e-bay she's got some very nice things & it's a really good idea to include the postage in the price so you can see what you're paying straight away. Not that I've got room for anything else (haven't actually got room for the Echinacias either but hey ho )
