I'm going out for a birthday/christmas dinner with some of the mums from school so I'm having Christmas dinner. I'm not really looking forward to the food because it won't be as good as mum's or mine. But it will be a fun night no matter what.

OOh good gardenhammerette....don't like to drink alone me. We went to a carvery (v posh place) and had turkey, pork or beef with fresh, local grown veg: carrots, caullie, peas, BRUSSELS, mashed taters and proper roast (not frozen rubbish)..stuffing? (ooh yes pleeeease) and chilpolatas.
I was VERY good and had turkey and veg with just the one roast tater, and no starter or pud...but I DID have 3 G&Ts (counts as fruit I'm sure)
