The edible kind, not the TV show.
500g Strong white bread flour 25g Butter 2tsp of sugar (to give added flavour and thicker crust optional but better) 1 1/4 tsp salt 1 sachet bread yeast (1 1/2 tsp) 300ml tepid/warm water
1) In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar (if using) and salt. Rub in the butter and then stir in the yeast.
2)Stir in the water and mix into a soft dough by hand.
3) Knead for 5 minutes in an electric mixer fitted with a dough hook or for 10 minutes by hand on a floured surface.
4) Shape the dough and place in a greased 2lb tin or on a baking tray. Cover with a clean, damp towel (which stops the dough drying out) and leave in a warm place until doubled in size.
5) Uncover and bake in a preheated oven at 230 celcius (450 farenheit/gas mark 8) for 30-35 minutes. The baked loaf should sound hollow when tapped underneath.
6) Take the loaf out of the tin/off baking tray and cool on a wire rack.
I also mixed an egg yolk with some milk and glazed the top of the dough before I put it in the oven which made it lovely and golden. If you want a softer top, sprinkle flour on it.
Proper bread connoisseur now aren't I?! ;D

Yeah I definitely will. It actually wasn't as much hassle as I thought it was going to be. Even if it did get stuck all over my fingers lol Very therapeutic kneading it too.

It doesn't really need anywhere warm tbh My house isn't exactly warm when the heating isn't on and I don't have an airing cupboard.
What you could do is switch the oven onto a low heat for a little bit, let it cool so that it's warm but not too hot and put it in there if you really want to. That's what I did with the last one but it didn't really make that much difference.
