So glad the wardrobe fitted Chuckles and I'm still smiling. Confession time for you Snowdrop collectors come on spill just how much you have paid for them? I have just had a look on ebay not looking for them but £20 for 1 bulb and there is a few days left on some of them I have been around a few GC's looking for White Calla Lily but nobody has them all the other colours but not them can anyone help me please? ?its not for me but my SIL who wants to send them to a friend in Holland who says she cannot get any there? even though thats where most of the Callas come from in the GC.

I've had a look but they're all American Carol. As to the Snowdrops, well you'll have to have a word with Jasmine.

Some snowdrops go for the most ridiculous sums Carolann but there are some gorgeous and rare specimens out there. A G. Flocon de Neige went for £227 on Ebay last year. It got the snowdrop forums buzzing! There are some serious collectors out there!! I never pay more on Ebay than Avon are selling them although they sell out of the popular ones very quickly and they don't sell any of the dear ones like Flocon de Neige and Mr Blobby. I was amazed when I first started collecting them to see some of the prices and then the words 'This is for one bulb'. I thought sellers were having a laugh!! ;D

I have just had a google at the AG on its pretty but no way would I pay that for anything to grow in the garden I bet they have it under lock and key with CCTV and what is a Mr Blobby is it Pink with Yellow spots on think I will google that one as well. They are like Orchid collectors like the ones on the Midsummer Murders last week.

I wonder if I've lost a few to critters - it's noticeable when you've only got a few of each.

I have been feeding the squirrels in the garden ( we have 2 families of them and a third family who live in the trees across the lane) and watching them playing chase, up and down the trees.....magical

They are great to watch are'nt they Auricula. We don't have any here at all but I've seen them in Ruth's garden. A lot of folk think of them as pests 'tho because they'll eat all the nuts put out for the birds.

Lots squirrels round here and in the wood opposite
I smiled when I watched one of them swing from tree to tree like a monkey - they are so timid tho
