Grief - they're already up to nearly £30.00 without the frenzy of the last few hours.

It's a funny world. There are obviously loads of people prepared to pay anything to get the rarer snowdrops.

My OH made me smile yesterday, he's normally a bit of a grump but can be quick off the mark sometimes with funny comments. Anway...................I'd been to the local auctions where I'd bought a lovely double pine wardrobe. On the way home I started to wonder if it would fit up the stairs. I texted OH saying "I'm on my way home on the bus, I've got the wardrobe but am now worried that it won't fit up the stairs" the reply I got was " Well if you've got it on the bus I'm sure it will fit up the stairs" ;D

Jasmine Mrs Mc Namarra is a lovely little snowdrop. Did you know it's named after Dylan Thomas Mother.?

Yes I did LG. It gives a little story to the naming of most snowdrops in the Avon catalogue. It's interesting what they've all been named after

Yes it would help remember them too would'nt it.

Yes it does. There's a snowdrop called G. Angelique and it says it's a tragic story and named after a someone's daughter. I've never found any more than that.

Coming on here makes me smile too Carolann. There are always things to smile about if we think about it, even if its the littlest of things. When you share them and make other folk smile it makes you smile again ;D I smiled today in John Lewis when I tried on a pair of trousers size 14 and THEY WERE TOO BIG ;D ;D great feeling when that happens

Does your OH know how many smiles he's started with his wardrobe joke Chuckles? Oh yes I told him Jasmine, it brought a smile to his face. He has a good sense of humour really but it doesn't show itself very often ;D probably the strain of being married to me ;D
