Watching a large flock of gold and green finches ontop of my roof this morning i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd161/GWDAdmin1/Smilies/Default/smiley.gif The Rowan tree in the front is where their seed feeders are and they also have a lot of large mature shrubs to dart into for cover but early this morning, when i was out taking photos, something spooked them and the whole lot flew up onto the roof. I had a good view of them and was able watch them for about 5 minutes while they chattered and fed their young ..... it was beautiful ;D Definately made me smile ;D My newly planted Iceberg shrub rose is in flower too .... a great sunshiney day ! ;D

The frost on the autumn leaves in the country lane I have to go down to school today....and they've sorted out the flooding by the stream on a nasty bend so no more sailing round that in complete lack of control of your car...so that's an added bonus ;D

What smashing manners the little chap's got Chuckles ;D He's a little treasure Jasmine. Every tuesday morning when his mum drops him off at mine he makes me smile. I open the car door to "Hi aunty, bye mummy, mummy school (his word for college), luff mummy, see later" My neighbour just made me smile, I was making a cuppa and through my kitchen window I could see her stood at the fence waving an empty mug in her hand, the age old tradition of wanting to borrow something Thinking about friday night when I know my little treasure will shout out WOW when the towns christmas lights are switched on. Your dog made me smile Jenny, they ain't daft are they

Just been watching the dog sneaking about the garden taking advantage of the bread the birds keep dropping, she thinks if she lowers her body and walks real slow I won't see her and I won't know what she is up to.
