Yes, treat them like seeds ,sow now and they start growing in Spring. Take about 3 years to reach flowering size. Thanks owdboggy, I'll give them a go and see what happens. I can be patient sometimes.

Now for something else - what is this that is all over one corner suddenly please - it's not Aconite as far as I know??!!

Rosefriend, it does look like a little Euphorbia. If you like it then keep it, you can always pull up seedlings if they arrive where you don't want them.

Lunaria wendya - commonly know as honesty. Extremely easy to grow from seed. They have those silvery discs after flowering which contains the seeds (so pop back later and you should get some )

The Lunaria now has big oval shaped pods on them, they seem very fresh, what do I do ? Tig, are they ready for me to take a few? but i have no idea if they are ready yet or not? and do I just take out the seeds and sow them or what? sorry i have no idea.

I would say that the seeds are far too fresh wendya but I have only ever had Lunaria in the garden by chance - I think others ( Tig) will be able to tell you more...

Wait until the seed pods turn papery then you can collect the seeds.

They will look like paper as OB says, and you can see the seeds inside them - harvest when really dry if you can
